PureMuscleGains offers digital products, including the $9 Pro Blueprint Exporter Pack (providing 1-click Hevy/Strong CSV formatting, Google Sheets TSV integration, and raw JSON export capabilities).
- Instant Digital Delivery: Access to export tools and downloadable files is granted immediately upon successful payment verification via Stripe.
- Refund Policy: Because our digital exports provide instant downloadable access upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience technical issues or export failures, contact support@puremusclegains.com within 14 days of purchase for immediate support or full refund assistance.

The calculations, caloric targets, volume landmarks (MV, MEV, MAV, MTV), and workout split recommendations provided by PureMuscleGains are based on peer-reviewed sports science literature (e.g., Schoenfeld, Morton, Iraki). However, all content is for educational and informational purposes only.
PureMuscleGains is not a medical provider or licensed dietitian. Consult a physician before starting any intensive strength training program or diet modification.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, layout designs, calculation engines, and interactive code components are the intellectual property of PureMuscleGains. You may print and export your personal workout routines for individual use.
